    We discovered Main Squeeze when a family member was graduating from MU High School in 2012. We were looking for a healthy place to have their graduation lunch, and Main Squeeze fit the bill. I called a few days ahead, and the staff saved a table for our party of twelve. We appreciated that since the space is relatively small. We knew we made the right choice when the skeptical carnivores in our group enjoyed their meals.

    Since 2012, we've always made a point to stop at Main Squeeze whenever we go through Columbia. We love the fresh juices (ring of fire, the cure), bowls (pro, gruel), and tasty desserts. Since it's about 1000 miles away, we only are able to get there about once per year. If you live in Columbia, check it out!

    Lots of vegan options. Amazing music. Definitely felt like a cool kid with delicious food. The table "numbers" were unique figurines like plastic dinosaurs. Loved it!

    Gotta love some good vegetarian cooking.

    I had the mac and cheese and it was great. I love anything that tastes just as good as the real thing but is better for you!!

    I would recommend this place to those in COMO, but know that it's going to be a little pricier. Save them animals!!

    My favorite place to eat breakfast in Columbia. I love lavender lemonade. I never thought vegan food can be tasty before I tried this place.

    I have been eating here now and again since it opened. Always excellent. Even if you are not into vegetarian -ish and natural eating, the food is always fresh, tasty, and well prepared. However they have been doing breakfast for a while. I have not had breakfast here a lot, because I am not always downtown after 8 am. I am having breakfast here again today. Newsflash: best breakfast in Columbia!  I had the "rancheros " a while back. Very good. I had the sharelife Burrito before. Very good. Today I had the egg sandwich. I did not have huge expectations. C'mon, it's an egg sandwich. But dang... it is excellent. Great flavors.  Great textures. Great mix of ingredients. Try this egg sandwich and you will find a whole new relationship with egg sandwiches.
